GENERAL TERMS
As the artist, I have the right to decline your order if I cannot do or if I am not comfortable with it.
I have the right to post the watermarked version on any platform as the artist. The buyer will receive both the watermarked and non watermarked version. The buyer cannot claim the work as her own nor remove the artist's signature on the artwork.
All normal orders are based on a first come first serve basis. Rushed orders will be prioritized.
I don't do NSFW.
By default, all orders are for personal use only. Increments are added for commercial use.
I prioritize quality > speed. Once I accept your order and depending on the complexity, please allow a maximum of 2 days to 3 months for me to complete your order.
Complicated designs/add-ons will have an additional cost.
Once you have confirmed the rough draft, any revisions after that will have an additional fee.
I only have a number of instances where I drew mechas and anthros, but feel free to message me and see if I can. :>
When I am not accepting commissions (most likely due to an increase of pending orders) and you are still interested in ordering, you can still fill out the form and you will be then prioritized when I open again.
PAYMENT
All prices are in USD currency.
I only accept payments through Paypal, kofi, and points.
Please send the payment in full after you have confirmed the rough draft, so I can start working on your order ASAP.
REFUND POLICY
100% REFUND before I accept or start working with your order (paypal fees will be charged)
80% REFUND during the rough sketch phase
50% REFUND during the lining phase
Refunds will not be given out once the lining phase is confirmed, unless the artist communicates that she is unable to continue the buyer's order.
PROCESS
FOR FILLED UP FORMS
I receive your order. → you will be contacted with your order receipt to confirm[you can choose to send your payment during this time or wait for the rough draft.] → After your confirmation, I will send you the rough draft within 42 hours. You will have to send the payment in full in order for me to continue with → the lining process, once again you will be asked to confirm if you are good with the lining or if there are any minor adjustments that could be made. → Coloring and final adjustments, the last time you can check and ask for color readjustments. → The finished product will be delivered to you via you desired email.
FOR NON-FILLED UP FORMS
I receive your order. → you will be contacted to discuss the details of your custom order → with your order receipt to confirm[you can choose to send your payment during this time or wait for the rough draft.] → After your confirmation, I will send you the rough draft within 42 hours. You will have to send the payment in full in order for me to continue with → the lining process, once again you will be asked to confirm if you are good with the lining or if there are any minor adjustments that could be made. → Coloring and final adjustments, the last time you can check and ask for color readjustments. → The finished product will be delivered to you via you desired email.
